  4. Nearly every release incorporates miscellaneous small refinements too
  5. numerous to detail.  Some changes from Version 1.20 include:
  6.  
  7. 1)  New searches automatically start from the first record.  Previously all
  8. searches started from after the current record, so the user often had to
  9. move to record #1 to initiate a new search.
  10.  
  11. 2)  The user may create or edit a file named DBV.CFG to contain default
  12. switches to be used by DBV at program start-up.  For example, by including
  13. "/E" in DBV.CFG, editing can be enabled by default.
  14.  
  15. 3)  The /C switch has been discontinued.  The former /B switch has been
  16. replaced by /BW, in conformity with other programs I've written.
